We have over three decades of experience in manufacturing EPS. Our facilities include the most modern, vacuum-assisted, German moulding machines, and we use the latest technologies.

Our engineers routinely receive training overseas and are exposed to the best practices internationally. We have one of the largest EPS processing capacities in the country. We offer complete EPS solutions for a wide range of applications including packaging, insulation and internal components.

We pro vide tailor-made solutions, suited to the customers' requirements.
We optimize packaging to suit harsh Indian conditions.

We reduce cost through Value Engineering, giving the customer maximum value for money. A customer only has to give us his product, and then we will custom design the EPS packaging for that product. We can also supply complete assemblies and undertake post-moulding operations like silicon oil painting, spray painting and screen printing.

From concept to final product, everything is done in-house, including making prototypes, and designing and manufacturing moulds.

Specialized Design: For specific markets, our engineers will do all pre and post delivery testing including drop tests, impact tests, vibration tests and roll tests.
